FROM Iceland was established in 2006 by Úlfar Antonsson, the former director of Iceland Travel. Úlfar had by then built the incoming department of Iceland Travel from being a small department with few employees to one of the biggest incoming tour operators in Iceland.

With FROM Iceland, Ulfar's goal was to shorten the distribution channels and thus cutting costs, making Iceland more competitive in the global tourism. Now, five years later, FROM Iceland serviced more than 2000 group travelers in 2012 and is expecting more than 150 groups in 2012.

Our philosophy is still the same, offering competitive prices and personal services. We work closely with suppliers around Iceland because we believe that a good relationship with our suppliers will benefit our customers.Our goal is to cut down costs for our tour operator partners making them and Iceland more competitive.
