Eagle Air will offer scheduled flights to Husavik, in North Iceland, from April until September 2012. Husavik´s airport has been closed for almost 10 years or since Air Iceland stopped their operation to Husavik.

This gives travelers an opportunity to take a day tour from Reykjavik to the north of Iceland, visiting both the Lake Myvatn area and take a whale watching tour from Husavik whale center.
