Heydalur Guesthouse is located in Mjóifjörður, on the northern side of the Westfjords peninsula (some 130 km southeast of Ísafjörður). It offers 11 newly renovated rooms, all with private facilities. It offers an a la carte menu, partly with ingredients from the Westfjords peninsula. An open-air natural hot pool is available for guests. Available activities are kayaking, horse riding, trekking and fishing. The guesthouse is open all year round.

Hotel Edda Ísafjörður is a boarding school in wintertime and is open in summer only, from 10th of June-18th of August. It offers 40 rooms of which 20 have private facilities. Breakfast buffet is served at the hotel, but no other meals are served.

Hotel Flókalundur Country Hotel, on the southern coast of the Westfjords peninsula offers 15 rooms with private facilities. A common sitting room with a TV connects the sleeping quarters with the restaurant. The restaurant offers a selection of a la carte as well as group menus. The hotel is open from 20th May until 15th September.

Hotel Ísafjörður is a three star hotel offering 36 double rooms, all with private facilities, TV, hairdryer, telephone and a high speed Internet connection. The in-house restaurant offers fresh Icelandic specialties of the area, cooked and served in a modern way. The hotel is centrally located and close to the harbour. It is open all year round.
